* Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be eligible for either a full or 50% refund if Grove Counselling are notified by Telephone, SMS or Email.

* No refund will be offered to any client who without notifying Grove Counselling, either fails to attend a confirmed booking, or is not available having booked a Home Visit.

* The refund policy is flexible on a case by case basis under reasonable extenuating circumstances, where no cancellation notification was possible, at the sole discretion of Chris Fernie.

After you choose a date & time, you will create an account with your details and complete the booking.

Your email address and password will then allow you to review, change and add appointments.
